本文系统地介绍了国内外柴油机排气后处理技术的研究现状，分析了氧化催化转化器和微粒捕集器的发展现状及存在的问题，以此为基础，提出了一种柴油机排气净化系统，该系统采用催化转化与微粒捕集及再生相结合的技术路线，通过过滤材料的有效过滤，将排气中的微粒进行收集，借助于催化剂和柴油添加剂使排气中hc 、 co及高分子可溶性有机物氧化，产生的高温使得收集到的微粒部分氧化，从而达到降低排放的效果。通过系统结构设计和试验匹配，实现了对气体排放物和微粒的净化。同时，论文中还进行了柴油机微粒捕集器喷气助燃再生的研究，初步设计了喷气助燃系统，进行了控制系统软、硬件的开发，通过正交试验，摸索出了喷气助燃系统可靠工作的一般规律，为喷气助燃再生技术的开发提供了方向。 |
